The Residences at LSU Health

About Us

The Residences at LSU Health is an on-campus residential community adjacent to the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana having opened in January 2023. Apartment styles include studio, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms. The Residences are intended for the LSUHSC community (faculty, students, and staff) including the School of Dentistry. Full-time college and graduate students in Orleans Parish pursuing degrees in the medical profession are also eligible. Amenities include pool, 24-hour fitness center, in-unit washer & dryer, dog washing station, copious study areas, coffee service, electronic access, evening security, 24-hour package center, etc. Parking is available via LSUHSC Parking with gated surface lots directly across S. Johnson Street.
