We provide Studio, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, and Three-Bedroom apartments in a historic warehouse on Julia Street. Constructed in the 1840s, 420 Julia once served as a private home, a storage warehouse, and, most notably, the Louisana Children's Museum.

We know a thing or two about hospitality. Our urban oasis includes a 24-hour concierge, a rooftop bar and pool deck with panoramic views, and a 24/7 fitness studio with state-of-the-art equipment and Pelotons. 420 Juliea is also the new home for Common House New Orleans, the social club's fourth location. Memoir residents receive a complimentary membership to Common House and full access to club amenities, including the restaurant, co-working space, social hall, and outdoor courtyard.
