Jay Huffstatler is a dynamic leader in healthcare, advocacy, and fundraising. He serves as CrescentCare's Director of Development, overseeing fundraising and strategic partnerships that support the organization's mission to provide equitable healthcare to marginalized populations across Southeast Louisiana. He serves as Board President of the Gulf South LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce, where he works to create opportunities for LGBTQ-owned and allied businesses and foster a more inclusive economic environment in the region. Jay's advocacy extends to his role as a board member for Forum for Equality Louisiana, an organization dedicated to advancing LGBTQ rights and ensuring equal treatment under the law. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) New Orleans Chapter, contributing his expertise in development and fundraising to strengthen the local nonprofit sector.
