Program Coordinator

HEART N HANDS is seeking an efficient, passionate Program Coordinator to join our team and maximize our impact as an organization in support of our mission. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing effective programs, facilitating and overseeing program activities, and measuring overall success. Their duties will consist of managing various administrative tasks, tracking the budget, and ensuring that the program meets company goals. With a commitment to excellence, our ideal candidate will also strive to create positive experiences for all participants and repeat best practices for future programs. 

The Heart N Hands Love Your Heart Wellness Program Coordinator will play a key role in the facilitation, setup, and day-to-day management/operations of the Love Your Heart program. This position will ensure seamless program execution, support participants, and coordinate logistics for events. The coordinator will work closely with the Program Director, volunteers, and community partners to achieve the program’s goals of educating and empowering girls aged 10-18 about heart health and heart disease prevention.
