Front of the House Server - The Rum House

    The Rum House is a family-owned & operated casual dining restaurant serving a one-of-a-kind Caribbean-inspired menu highlighted by our award-winning tacos served with tropical boat drinks in a lively funky environment. On the cusp of celebrating our 15-year anniversary, the Rum House is looking to add new valuable assets to our team!
    We are looking for hard-working individuals. Salesmen or saleswomen who are passionate about consistently delivering an unforgettable dining experience while also meeting goals and generating higher sales!
    Applicants should be humble, friendly, knowledgeable, customer-focused and team-oriented. Ideal candidates have some serving and/or sales experience, or have a willingness to learn, and are somewhat knowledgeable about food, rum, cocktails, wine and beer.

Current Hours of Operation: 11 am til 10 pm; 7 days a week. Closed for certain Holidays.

Qualified applicants must be able to:

• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

• Work weekends

• Work 25-40 hours a week.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move throughout the facility (standing, walking, kneeling, and bending) for the entire shift, which consists of up to 10 hours.

• Ability to lift, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour (includes tips)
