Front of the House Server - Red Dog Diner
Posted: 01/07/2025The Red Dog Diner is a family-owned & operated casual dining restaurant serving fine comfort food and creative cocktails in a rustic farmhouse setting, including a cozy indoor/outdoor back alley bar accessible directly from the street.
We are looking for hard-working individuals who are passionate about consistently delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Applicants should be humble, friendly, knowledgable, customer focused and team-oriented. A smile and unshakable positive attitude are required. Ideal candidates have some serving experience, or have a willingness to learn, and are somewhat knowledgeable about food, wine, cocktails and beer.
Current Hours of Operation: 8 am til 6 pm; Thursday thru Monday
Qualified applicants must be able to:

Work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting

Work weekends

Work 25-40 hours a week. (We can offer full-time work in a 4 day work week)
Physical Requirements:

Ability to move throughout the facility (standing, walking, kneeling, and bending) for entire shift, which consists of up to 10 hours.

Ability to lift, balance, carry up to 50 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour (includes tips)
